Business Development Manager (Pahang Hub)

Job Description:

We are looking for Business Development Manager who will be responsible in meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals
  • Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in target area
  • Become an expert in product offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning the products
  • Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualification and Experience:

  • Diploma, bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or any related field
  • 5 years and more experience in sales management within a corporate setting
  • Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strategic thinking and planning skills to implement sales plans
  • Ability to lead, coach, mentor, and motivate the team
  • Possess own transport with valid driving license
  • Willing to travel frequently.

  • Basic salary: starting from RM4,000
